As directed by the Court, you are hereby ordered to attend the Victim Impact Panel

Effective 07/01/2013- First time DUI offenders can waive their right to contest their administrative suspension within ten (10) days of their arrest. In exchange for waiving the right to contest the suspension, an applicant may obtain a restricted driver license, if otherwise eligible. To request the waiver of the administrative review, a non-refundable filing fee of $ 25.00 and proof of DUI school enrollment must be submitted with your application for a waiver of the review hearing within ten (10) days of the arrest.

Broward Dade Safety

Broward-Dade Safety Council is an expansion of the non-profit agency that started as the Broward County Commission on Alcoholism, in 1969. It later became Florida’s first DUI program, evolving into the Broward Court Alcohol and Substance Abuse Program (BCASAP) in the 1980’s and 90’s. It added traffic courses in the 90’s and later became the Broward-Dade Safety Council.
